#SheffieldMeetUp Part 1 - Handmade Burger Co, Prizes and Bloggers..♥

I cannot believe that I haven't blogged for well over a week, the time has just flown by and the reason it has is because on Saturday it was the #SheffieldMeetUp that I had organised with Caroline and Charlotte and the week before was all systems go. But since Monday night I haven't been too well either, I have caught a viral infection and it really has knocked me off of my feet. I have so many posts I want to share with you and I will get around to it slowly. But today I am here to share with you all about the #SheffieldMeetUp day, this might be quite a long post and with a fair amount of photos too. Most of the photos in this post are from fellow bloggers and from Georgina who kindly took professional photos during the day, all credit is given to those bloggers under the photos, any without credit are my own. First off I want to say a few thank you messages: a massive thank you to Caroline and Charlotte for all of their help in making the meet up possible, they were such wonderful hosts to be alongside. I also want to thank Georgina, Fran and Claire for helping set up at our base with the goody bags and the beautiful personalised tags that Charlotte made especailly for the meet. Most importantly thank you to Handmade Burger Co for having us for lunch, thank you to the amazingly helpful and generous Lush team at Meadowhall and not forgetting all of the generous companies and PR's that made it possible to provide each blogger with a goody bag filled with the most wonderful products (full post and individual thank you's to follow).

Wow this weekend has been a manic one to say the least, I have been getting all of the finishing touches ready for the Sheffield Meet Up which is only 4 days away now my goodness I cannot believe how quickly it is coming around. I am nervous as I want everything to go to plan and I am sure it will but I can't help but worry either way. All I need to do now is decide on an outfit, that will take me at least half a day I am sure. Monday was a brilliant day with my dad at the City ground, I will pop a post and a few photos up later in the week on that or maybe Sunday depending on the free time I have during the week.

But today I wanted to show you an outfit I wore during the weekend, I know I am doing so well finally snapping away my outfits. Although the weather hasn't been that brilliant this weekend compared to last it didn't stop me from digging out the short sleeved tops. I have really been loving the studs/spikes that have been on trend since autumn and wherever I look in the shops they don't seem to be going anywhere too soon, so I decided to dig out a gorgeous khaki spiked shoulder chiffon top that I was kindly sent from She Likes.

Please excuse my face, it was one of those days where no photo looked right and this was the best out of the bunch! *sigh*

Models Own Hedkandi Sunset Chillout & Bora Bora..♥

As I mentioned in my recent haul post no shopping trip is complete for me without coming home with at least one new nail varnish, so when I saw that Boots had an offer on Models Own to buy one and get the 2nd half price I couldn't say no really could I? Models Own is by far my most loved nail varnish brand, I remember before blogging and thinking that £5 was expensive for a nail varnish but that was until I tried them out in their big 50% off sale and since then I haven't looked back. I actually have a post coming up of my Models Own collection soon so keep an eye out for that.

But today I wanted to show you the said 2 nail varnishes that I picked up. As soon as Models Own have a new release I am always like 'ooooh I need and want' and this was no exception when they added 2 newbies to the Hedkandi range. Let me introduce you all to Sunset Chillout and Bora Bora. I am only missing 1 from the HedKandi range and that is the Balearic Cool and that is only because I don't wear blue nail varnishes.
