Lifestyle: Holiday To Alcudia, Mallorca..♥

Hey Sweeties♥

Seeing as though I have been putting up a fair few OOTN posts from my recent weeks holiday to Alcudia in Mallorca I thought I would share some more snaps from the holiday, most of them of yummy ice cream, the beautiful beach and the odd ones of me and Lisa thrown in just for good measures.

Fashion: OOTN New Look Zebra Skirt..♥

Hey Sweeties♥

I cannot believe we have finally reached the weekend, it always seems that the first week back to work after having a week off is the hardest. But I am just on my own little count down until the next holiday I'll be having at the beginning of August with Tom to Gran Canaria, literally cannot wait for some more sun.

Today it's another OOTN from my recent holiday. It's a top and skirt combo from New Look, I've found that New Look have had so many gorgeous summer items in lately that I ended up spending over £100 on 'just a few bits that I needed' gosh don't we all love that excuse and that it is for the holiday! I remember when I was in Manchester in May that I had seen this gorgeous zebra print skirt and wanted and needed it right there and then but they didn't have my size, so I was surprised when I went into my smaller local store that they had it, so I obviously snapped it up straight away. It's not something that I would usually wear but it caught my eye and it was in the shop window teamed with the lime green top that I had on in the photo below and I just thought wow that is stunning, so snap that went into the basket too. This was probably one of, if not my favourite outfit of the holiday.

Lifestyle: Metcalfe's Skinny Corncake & Sweet Cinnamon Spice Topcorn..♥

Hey Sweeties♥

Now I don't know about you, but I love nothing more than coming home after a long day at work, having some yummy food, a relaxing bath and maybe a face mask at the same time, getting into a freshly made bed with a film and tucking into some snacks. I have recently found a new love for the perfect film snacks and I am sure you've heard of them Metcalfe's Skinny - they are a fairly well known brand now who provide the most amazing flavoured popcorn and skinny snacks I have ever tried, their sweet and salty popcorn is to die for and at less than 120 calories a bag who could turn them down?

I was recently given the chance to try some of their new mini Metcalfe's Skinny Cornflakes in Milk Chocolate* and Dark Chocolate*. These are the little rice cakes you can usually buy from the shop and have to pop your own topping no to make them even taste the slightest bit nice, but these are half covered in chocolate and taste simply amazing. At around 118 calories per bag they are perfect for film snacking or keeping in your work drawer as an alternative to those high calorie chocolate bars.
I could literally sit and eat popcorn until it comes out of my ears, popcorn to me is like Pringles once I start I just cannot stop and put the bag down. As I've already said the sweet and salty popcorn is my favourite and I usually stick to that whenever I am going to the cinema or buying it in for watching films at home. But I was sent a bag of the Metcalfe's Skinny Topcorn in Sweet Cinnamon Spice* to try and my goodness is was so yummy, I literally did eat the bag in one sitting which was rather naughty of me I know. I love anything Cinnamon spiced anyway so I have no idea why I hadn't tried these sooner, but they are now slowly becoming my favourite, even over sweet and salty!!
Have you tried any of the Metcalfe's Skinny range? Why not give them a follow on Twitter to keep up to date with all of the latest news over at @MetcalfesSkinny.

Fashion: OOTN Primark Coral & Navy Dresses..♥

Hey Sweeties♥

Another OOTN post from me today, I've decided with this one to be a little cheeky and pop two in one post as they are the same dress but just different colours and thought it would be a little pointless doing two on their own.

When digging through my summer wardrobe from 2013 I forgot that I had this cute little floral detailed coral dress which I picked up from Primark for only £5 so thought I would take to wear during the day, but I ended up wearing it one evening with my tanned wedges from Barratts and I'm glad I did as it's such a lovely little dress.

So while I was shopping for new holiday clothes this year I was so happy to see that Primark had the cute little dresses back in a range of colours. I got myself a black one and a navy one and both were taken in the case on holiday. I wore the navy one on the first night as I didn't really have that much of a tan but the weather was so nice to have my legs hidden. The material of these dresses is a light cotton and the top half of the dress has a floral design and rather fitted which lets the bottom half flow.
